Incorrect or Damaged Goods (Photo Returns):
If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include in your email email: your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Please send your request within 30 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production.
If your items arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, you must notify us by email of your intent to return your item within 14 days of receiving it. We encourage you to include a brief description of the reason for the return in your email.
Then, you must return the goods within 14 days of your request of a refund to receive a refund for the price of the product.
To return an item, please pack them in the original tube or box.
Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. Please send the item as a return, not a commercial purchase as some inadequate fees could incur.
