Incorrect or Damaged Goods (Photo Returns):

If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging to guide(@)royalemaps.com. Please include in your email: your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Please send your request within 14 days of receipt. Your message will be answered within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production.

Custom Framed Maps and Prints

Please be advised that all framed maps and prints from Royale Maps are considered custom items, meticulously crafted to meet our high-quality standards.
Due to the personalized nature of these items, we regret to inform you that they are not eligible for return. We encourage our valued customers to thoroughly review product details, dimensions, and customization options before placing an order. Our commitment is to deliver products that exceed expectations, and we appreciate your understanding of the unique nature of our framed maps and prints. If you have any concerns or inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you.

Other Returns:

If your items arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind (this excludes custom framed orders), please notify us with your intent to return your item within 14 days of receiving it. We encourage you to include a brief description of the reason for the return in your email.

Then, return the goods within 14 days of your request for a refund.

To return an item, please pack it in the original tube.
Please be aware that you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us as we do not offer Free Returns.

We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method, as this is the safest.

Please ask for the return address as this will change depending on your location, US or EU, we have different return locations.

Payment refund :

Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction as soon as we have received and checked your map.

You will not incur any fees as a result of such a refund.
